    Over 20 years' experience in commercial real estate, including 17 years in DTZ in the CEE region and Canada. Alan Colquhoun is responsible for managing DTZ in Poland, offering commercial property advisory, comprised of brokerage, investment and tenant representation. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Transport Management & Planning from Longhborough University. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since 2006.

    Eduard Zehetner holds a doctorate in economics and has many years of experience in management and management board positions. Among others, he served as CFO of Connect Austria/ONE (1997 to 2000), CEO of Jet2Web Internet Services (2000 to 2001) and CFO of RHI AG (2001 to 2007). Since February 2009, he has been CEO of IMMOFINANZ Group, one of the leading listed real estate companies in Europe. Zehetner is responsible for Asset Management in the Office and Retail Segments as well as Development Commercial, Corporate Communications, Legal and Corporate Finance & Investor Relations. This Austrian turnaround expert was voted CFO of the Year by his CFO colleagues in 2006 and 2010.

    Gerhard L. Dunstheimer is the Deputy CEO of ECE, since being appointed in 2009. Prior to this, Gerhard was the Managing Director for Project Development of ECE, since being appointed in 2006. Prior to this, Gerhard was a Deputy Managing Director of ECE, since being appointed in 2004. Prior to this, Gerhard was the Divisional Head of Leasing for the North and North-East, since being appointed in 2002. Prior to this, Gerhard was the Divisional Head of Leasing for the North since being appointed in 2000. Prior to this, Gerhard was Assistant to the CEO since joining ECE in 1998. Prior to ECE, Gerhard was a Consultant at INTES Zürich in Switzerland. Gerhard studied economics at WHU Koblenz (Germany) LUISS Rom (Italy), PennState University Philadelphia (USA) and obtained a degree of economics from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland) in 1996.

    Hadley joined Colliers International as Managing Director in Poland in 2001 with regional responsibilities for the logistics practice and was then promoted to Managing Partner in 2005. In 2008, Hadley was appointed Managing Partner for Central and Eastern Europe and in 2011 was appointed as Managing Partner of Eastern Europe. His promotion to an expanded geographic region is a testament to his strong track record. During his tenure Colliers International was awarded the key industry award CEEQA in 2004, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012. It was also recognized by the prominent real estate publications Eurobuild and CIJ.

    James Brown is Head of EMEA Retail Research and Consulting at Jones Lang LaSalle, Working closely with Retail Research and Consulting colleagues across EMEA, James is responsible for co-ordinating and developing all retail research and client consulting needs, providing strategic advice on market or retail real estate, for developers, investors, landlords and retailers.

    James is a member of the ICSC ERG, the ULI Retail and Entertainment Council, the BCSC and sits on the JLL EMEA Retail Strategy Group.

    Prologis | Managing Director, Head of Capital Deployment, Europe
    Joseph Ghazal is Prologis’ Head of Capital Deployment - Europe. Mr. Ghazal has the overall responsibility for all capital deployment spanning Land, Development, Acquisitions, Dispositions and Fund Contributions. He’s a member of the European Management Executive Committee with more than 10 years of experience in logistic real estate development with Prologis.

    Prior to this function Mr. Ghazal was Regional Head Northern Europe with the overall responsibility for ProLogis' operations in Scandinavia, Benelux, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Prior to that, he was SVP Benelux and before that SVP of the Middle East were his responsibilities included land acquisitions and built-to-suit development and management of logistics parks. Before that he was VP of Development for ProLogis’ Southern European region.

    Mr. Ghazal’s industry experience includes high-level expertise in development, planning, site selection, design and program/construction management. He holds an M.B.A from ESA, a Master degree from ESTP and a civil engineering degree.

    Mr Spencer is the President of the Board of PPM. He is responsible for the asset management for Polonia I and Polonia II, the origination and execution of new business in Poland, as well as the managerial oversight of Peakside’s office in Warsaw.He was until recently the Co-Head/Managing Director of KSP Real Estate Investment Management. From 2005 to 2012, Mr Spencer was active as Managing Director/Co-Head Europe and member of the Investment Committee with Heitman, directed the Portfolio Management for Heitman’s European Private Equity group and was the Portfolio Manager for Heitman European Property Partners IV. Mr Spencer graduated from the University of California Berkeley with a master's degree in business administration with a concentration in finance and real estate. He also has master's degree in real estate designation from the Universiteit van Amsterdam. Mr Spencer holds a dual citizenship from the Netherlands and the United States, and is based in Warsaw, Poland.

    Raimund Paetzmann, Director Real Estate heads the EMEA Real Estate team and leads all expansion projects within Amazon’s Fulfillment and Customer Service Network. He coordinates the search for all new EMEA location (Fulfillment Centers and Contact Centers) and his team is driving all necessary negotiations.

    Raimund rejoined Amazon EU in 2005 (he was already in charge for Amazon.de between 1999 and 2002) and was a significant contributor to the design of the new generation of Fulfillment Centers. In his role he was in charge for securing 1,700,000 m² Warehouse space in Europe . 1,400,000 out of this were built to suit agreements.

    Prior to his work at Amazon EU, Raimund gained 2 ½ years experience as a Regional Manager for South Germany with Difa AG (Union Invest). Raimund also brings an additional 5 years experience as a Managing Director GHV GmbH, a middle sized project developer and property manager in Munich.

    Robert Dobrzycki set up Panattoni Europe's headquarters for the CEE region in Poland in 2005. As of the beginning of 2014, he is also responsible for Panattoni’s operations in Western Europe. For 8 years under Mr.Dobrzycki’s management PE has developed in Poland over 2.0 million sqm of warehouse and industrial space out of existing stock of 7.45 million sqm. Since 2007 PE was the most active developer on the Polish market year by year, keeping vacancy rate of the portfolio under management at average 2% - much below the market levels. Currently, size of the portfolio managed by the company in Poland is 1.46 million sqm. Mr.Dobrzycki started his career with Menard Doswell & Co., an industrial real estate development company. His professional life has been always associated with the industrial real estate market in Poland and Central Europe. He is a Warsaw University graduate with a Master Degree in Business Management.

    Valad Europe | Head of Funds Management
    Thierry joined Valad in 2013 and has responsibility for the Funds Management operation and is Fund Manager of the Polish Retail Fund. He also assists in the development and launch of new products for equity investors. Thierry was formerly General Manager, Europe, of GE Capital Real Estate’s Global Investment Management division. His previous roles included General Counsel for GE Capital Real Estate Europe and Fund Director of a European private equity real estate fund. He is a graduate from the economic and financial section of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (IEP), holds a JD from Paris II Law School and a LL.M from Harvard Law School.

    Michael Rodda is a Partner at Cushman & Wakefield, he is Head of EMEA Retail Capital Markets and Head of the EMEA Cross Border team based in London. His role involves advising Global clients either selling or acquiring predominantly Shopping Centers across International Markets.

    Michael has specialized in Capital Markets since 2006 having previously headed a highly successful retail department at Cushman and Wakefield since 2001. His track record covers a broad spectrum of assets, markets and transaction structures. Recently Michael has executed the sale of the Rosengardcentret Shopping Centre in Denmark for a value in excess of €400m. As well as leading Shopping Centre sales in Sao Paulo Brazil to Ivanhoe Cambridge.

    Agnieszka Stankiewicz is a partner and the head of the real estate team at Norton Rose Fulbright in Poland. She is experienced in corporate finance and has extensive knowledge in real estate transactions. Her practice focuses on assisting a variety of foreign and domestic investors in acquisitions, mergers, takeovers, joint ventures, corporate and organizational restructuring, acquisitions and divestments of real estate or real estate holding companies, the financing and refinancing of real estate acquisitions, forward purchase and leaseback transactions, all aspects of real estate development projects as well as the due diligence of companies and assets and the restructuring of their financial indebtedness.
    She is recommended as a 'leading individual' and 'key individual' in real estate by Chambers and Partners Legal Directory and Legal 500 in 2013.
    She is listed in The International Who’s Who of Real Estate Lawyers 2013 as one of the leading practitioners in Poland.
