    After graduating from Hitotsubashi University, Hisashi Ishiwata joined Mitsubishi Corporation in 1997, the parent company of Diamond Realty Management (DREAM). In 2000 he was assigned to the Real Estate Construction and Development Division, in charge of retail development projects. In 2010, Ishiwata led the acquisition efforts and managed the Company’s proprietary account. In 2013, he was seconded to DREAM as the Head of Business Development Department, overseeing the establishment of new funds.
    Takashi Tsuji Takashi Tsuji

    Mr. Tsuji is the President & CEO of Diamond Realty Management (DREAM). Based in Tokyo, DREAM currently manages about USD 4 billion worth of assets. Its products include a Private REIT, closed-end funds, as well as mezzanine debt funds. Mr. Tsuji first joined DREAM as the Executive Vice President & COO in April, 2012 in charge of the fund-raising efforts. Prior to his assignment at DREAM, Mr. Tsuji led the proprietary logistics property investments in Mitsubishi Corporation and acquired USD 1.5 billion worth of core logistics assets throughout Japan. He also played an instrumental role in the establishment of the Industrial and Infrastructure Fund, the first J-REIT to focus on the industrial and infrastructure sectors. Furthermore, Mr. Tsuji has accumulated experiences in venture capital while stationed in New York from 1997 to 2002. Mr. Tsuji received his B.E. from Tokyo University and joined Mitsubishi Corporation in 1991.
    Daisuke Kitta Daisuke Kitta

    Daisuke Kitta is a Managing Director in the Real Estate Group and is based in Tokyo. Since joining Blackstone in 2008, Mr. Kitta has been involved in advising AIG on the sale of AIG Building in Tokyo and the acquisition of a $1.1 billion portfolio of distressed real estate loans. Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Kitta worked at Deutsche Bank, where he was responsible for originating and executing real estate transactions in Japan. Mr. Kitta received an economics degree from Nihon University and also graduated with a BS from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.

    Jeremy Stewardson Jeremy Stewardson

    Jeremy Stewardson is the Chief Executive of ANREV, the Asian Association for Investors in non-listed Real Estate vehicles. He joined the Association in early 2010.

    Having started work in Hong Kong in 1978 for international property consultants Jones Lang Wootton, he spent the next 23 years with the firm, retiring from Jones Lang LaSalle as an International Director in 2000. His postings included Hong Kong, London, Berlin, Frankfurt, and Bangkok and he was specialised in large inner city redevelopment schemes in Asia’s and Europe’s Business centres.

    From a Hong Kong base, he established a property consultancy in 2001 and undertook a number of regional instructions for corporate and Family Office clients in Tokyo, Bangkok, Shanghai and Macau.

    In late 2005, he accepted an invitation to head the management company for what was to become, after two major acquisitions, Hong Kong’s second largest REIT.

    Stewardson is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.


    Masanobu Fujita Masanobu Fujita

    Mr. Fujita is a Director and the Division Head of Business Development of Diamond Realty Management (DREAM), the private equity real estate platform established by Mitsubishi Corporation. Based in Tokyo, DREAM currently manages about USD 4 billion worth of assets. Its products include a Private REIT, closed-end funds, as well as mezzanine debt funds. Prior to his assignment at DREAM, Mr. Fujita was the Deputy General Manager of Asset Management Development Department in Mitsubishi Corporation and led business development efforts around the world especially in the US, UK, Korea, and Hong Kong. After joining Mitsubishi Corporation in 1996, Mr. Fujita has experience in corporate finance and M&A both in Tokyo and New York. While in New York, Mr. Fujita was seconded to KPS Capital Partners LP, a turnaround private equity fund. Mr. Fujita received his B.A. from Keio University, and his M.B.A from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

    William Wei-Lun Hsu William Wei-Lun Hsu

    William Hsu is a Manager in the Business Development Division of Diamond Realty Management Inc, the private equity real estate arm of Mitsubishi Corporation with USD 5 Billion AUM. William joined Diamond Realty Management in 2012, and his role encompasses the origination, execution, and management of projects involving overseas investors. Between 2012-2013, William’s team successfully launched a Private REIT (current size is about USD 1 billion) as well as a few closed-end funds.

    Prior to Japan, William completed his military service and worked for the Koo Family in Taiwan. He holds a BA in Political Science from Yale University, and an LLM in International Law from Kyoto University.
