    Dave Cox joined 3M as European Technical Service Manager for Window Films in 1997 having already worked in the Industry for the previous 11 years. He is now responsible for the 3M Energy Conservation business across West and East Europe and has been President of the EWFA (European Window Film Association) since 2006.
    It has become his passion to increase the awareness of how Window Film technologies can contribute towards business and human requirements for Energy Efficiency, Safety and Security and Comfort. This focus fits perfectly with 3M’s company-wide drive to develop a broad portfolio of smart and practical solutions that help address the sustainability challenges faced by our customers and society at large.

    After obtaining a PhD in 1987 I joined Philips Electronics. In my first 20 years with Philips I build up a career in R&D and Product Management, and worked in the Netherlands, Germany and the USA. Since 2007 I occupied several New Business Development roles at Philips Lighting, including partneriship building and new business opportunities in complete lighting systems and services. In APril 2014 I will move to a new position in the USA to drive Lighting System sales in North America.

DiNola served as a technical advisor for the Living Building Challenge™ standard and has consulted on over 130 LEED® projects, including ten precedent-setting LEED Platinum certifications. As principal investigator of a landmark study of historic buildings, DiNola helped establish and validate the true value and benefits of building reuse, bridging the divide between sustainability and historic preservation. DiNola is a LEED Fellow, founding Board Chair of the International Living Future Institute, founder and former principal at Green Building Services and 2012 BetterBricks award winner.

    International Facility Management Association | Chairman
    IFMA Chairman Jon Seller, a veteran of the energy industry, has more than 27 years of experience in energy management and facility management in Asia Pacific. Currently the general manager of Optegy Group — a Hong Kong-based energy services company he co-founded in 2001 -- has developed energy and operations management solutions for nearly every type of facility and in more than 25 countries across Asia and the Middle East. Seller is passionate about optimizing facility performance and operations. One of the biggest challenges he sees facing facility management is the increase in new facilities outstripping the supply of skilled staff to manage them. Seller enjoys the opportunities his job brings to share knowledge and best practices from both strategic and tactical approaches.
