Tuesday, 11th March 2014 from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm

Co-organisers: Urban Land Institute and PwC

Based on interviews with the most senior property professionals, the Emerging Trends in Real Estate© US, Asia and Europe reports, produced annually by the Urban Land Institute and PwC, are a key indicator of sentiment in global Real Estate.
We have drawn together those regional insights to focus on the most relevant investment and development trends across the globe, the outlook for real estate finance and capital markets, and 'place making: the new sustainability'. An esteemed panel of property experts will debate the findings of the report and present their scenarios for the future.
