    Michael is Managing Partner of PKF hotelexperts in Vienna. As Chairman of the PKF International Hospitality Consulting Committee, he coordinates PKF's global hotel consulting activities. PKF hotelexperts focuses on feasibility studies, valuations, operator selection, corporate finance, project development and asset management services for the hospitality sector.
    Michael is a lecturer at various universities and a member of the Cornell Hotel Society.
    After a management training programme with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in Singapore and Bangkok, he worked for Stouffer Hotels & Resorts in Seattle from 1990 to 1991. From 1992 to 1996 he worked as consultant and manager at PKF hotelexperts in Munich. From 1997 to 2004 he was the Managing Director of PKF hotelexperts in Munich.

    Architect with a DPLG diploma from the Paris-Villemin School of Architecture, 1988. Member of the Academy of Architecture.
    Alain MOATTI has 30 years of experience in the domains of architecture, interior architecture, scenography and design. After different experiences with architectural agencies between 1985 and 1994, he opened his own architecture and scenography agency in 1994. In 2001 he met Henri Rivière (1965-2010) with whom he founded the Moatti – Rivière agency the following year.

    Markus Lehnert started his career in hospitality 30 years ago and he has been with Marriott International for the last 14 years. As Vice President International Hotel Development Markus is responsible for the development of all Marriott Brands in Central Europe as well as Europe-wide for Moxy. Prior to his current position, Markus Lehnert led Marriott’s development efforts in Scandinavia, the Benelux Countries, the Balkans, Greece as well as Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Poland. Before joining Marriott, Markus was a hospitality consultant with PKF London for three years and before that, he held operational positions for 13 years at various hotels, among them the Breidenbacher Hof in Dusseldorf and the London hotels The Berkeley, Claridge’s and the Lanesbrough. Markus Lehnert lives with his wife and two daughters in Switzerland.
