    Pierre Deheunynck was appointed Head of Group Human Resources on January 2009,
    Chairman of Crédit Agricole Immobilier since October 2011.
    He began his career at BSN - Danone in 1986, occupying various posts in human resources both in France and abroad. In 2000 he was appointed head of human resources for Asia-Pacific, based in Singapore. From 2005 to 2008, he served as senior vice president of People & Organisation Development, a division that manages development and e-learning, human capital and skilling (handling talent management for some 800 senior Danone executives), human resources policy and information systems, and corporate human resources, as well as real estate.
    Pierre Deheunynck holds a law degree from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.

    The architect Philippe Chiambaretta was born in Carcassonne, France in 1963. He lives and works in Paris. Following a scientific and economic education (Ecole des Ponts, Paris - MIT, Boston), he directed the Taller de Arquitectura of Ricardo Bofill in Paris for nine years. In 2000 he received a degree in architecture and the following year he founded the architecture agency PCA whose axioms stand for Production, Conception, and Architecture.

    Philippe Chiambaretta gathers under the PCA umbrella a multidisciplinary team of architects and designers whose objective is to resolve contradictions between customary large-scale production and architectural design. There are 35 collaborators today.

    By exploring the most contemporary of art practices and in the light of technical, scientific, and economic analyses, Philippe Chiambaretta seeks to question the approaches and traditional models of the art of building in the new economic order and global culture. His accomplishments are most often the subject of collaborative work with other artists.

    Combining a mastery of the issues of Production (economic, technical, realization) to the desire of Creation fed by different disciplines (visual arts, graphic design), PCA covers a wide range of programs and scales of projects whether it be cultural facilities, office buildings, retail, mixed-use projects, or large-scale urban development. This plurality is part of an architectural approach based on three fundamental principles of the PCA agency: conceptual research, innovative design, and contemporary creation. Each project embodies these guidelines.
    The result of this approach is a dense architecture, highly diversified, open, in line with the aspiration of a renewal of urbanism: an architecture that strives to always “make sense”.

    PCA Editions
    In 2008, Philippe Chiambaretta founded PCA Edition and launched a multidisciplinary review, Stream, home to the stories and texts of thinkers, artists, French and foreign architects.
    The first edition of Stream is built around the theme of Exploration and new conditions of production in architecture at the time of the knowledge economy and innovation.
    In 2012, the second edition of Stream, “After-Office,” explored the future of workspaces in our flexible urban context, between globalization and fragmentation.
    In 2014, PCA will publish Stream 03 “Space, Time, Energy: new horizons of the urban condition.”

    Jan-Peter Kastelein is a partner & workplace strategist at YNNO, a leading workplace consulting company based in The Netherlands and a researcher at Nyenrode University.

    In his consulting work he develops and implements strategic advice for clients across both the private and public sectors, matching organisations' changing work process and business objectives to their future work and learning environment.

    The focus of his academic research is the relationship of workplace design to people’s knowledge sharing and learning behaviour in professional service firms, healthcare and education.

    Jan-Peter educates and supports workplace design teams and clients embracing evidence-based design - the process of basing design decisions about the built environment on credible research and pre- and post occupancy evaluations of projects.

    Jan-Peter is a past member of the board of CoreNet Global - the world's leading professional association for corporate real estate and workplace executives serving leading multinational companies from the Fortune and Global 1000.

    Isabelle de Ponfilly Isabelle de Ponfilly

    Isabelle de Ponfilly is graduated from a french business school ISTEC. She started her professional career in 1985 in Industrial furniture company Vickers Roneo. In 1986 she joined Knoll as Projects sales Manager for 8 years. In 1994, she became Projects Sales Manager in Vitra, Sales Manager in 1996 and was appointed in 1998 until now as Country Manager of the Vitra Group french subsidiary.She is specialized in Design furniture, involved in office products development in collaboration with designers.

    Timothy Johnson is a Design Partner responsible for the design direction of NBBJ's New York office and the firms Commercial Design Practice. Mr. Johnson has won numerous design awards for commercial mixed use, corporate, and healthcare projects around the world. Mr. Johnson is also the Chairman of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, and a member of ULI. Mr. Johnson is passionate about cities and their role of in creating a sustainable planet. Mr. Johnson is the co-author of Change Design - a book by NBBJ that defines the firms design ethos and supports his vision that design is a critical part of any clients business strategy.
