    Douglas Edwards is Managing Director of CORPUS SIREO Investment Management, based in Luxembourg. CORPUS SIREO is an European asset manager for commercial and residential real estate, with AUM of €16.5 billion. Operating out of Luxembourg and Frankfurt, Edwards, with 28 years Pan-European real estate experience, is responsible for CORPUS SIREO’s business with international clients wishing to invest in Germany and requiring investment & asset management or advisory solutions for their prospective or existing German investments.

    Matthias is a Managing Director of AXA Investment Managers GmbH, Germany and is the Head of the AXA Real Estate Germany business based in Cologne. He joined AXA Real Estate in June 2011. The German business of AXA Real Estate comprises over €6 billion of AUM.
    Before joining AXA Investment Managers, Matthias worked for 8 years as Managing Director at Deutsche Bank, where he was responsible for its real estate portfolio in EMEA. Prior to that, Matthias spent 11 years at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he covered several senior management positions being based in Frankfurt.
    Matthias graduated at the European Business School. He also holds a real estate degree and is a RICS member.

    Rolf Buch serves as CEO of Deutsche Annington since 1 April 2013.
    Prior to that, Rolf Buch acted as management board member of Bertelsmann SE and as CEO of Arvato AG. During his time at Arvato, the company has grown into a global BPO service provider with more than 60,000 employees in over 40 countries and has developed into the fastest growing business division of Bertelsmann SE.
    After Rolf Buch had studied Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration, he started his career at Bertelsmann in 1991.
    Rolf Buch is married and has two children.

    PATRIZIA Immobilien AG | Group Head of Research
    Since October 2008 Dr. Cieleback is heading the Research department of PATRIZIA. His focus includes the risk-return based analysis and comparison of European and global real estate markets and the development of econometric models for forecasting the commercial and residential markets to develop individual investment strategies. Within these analyses special focus is given to the institutional framework of the markets, as it provides the 'rules of the game'. He is a frequent speaker at international conferences and a published author in international journals. He studied economics at the University of Freiburg and the London School of Economics. He completed his doctorate at the University of Bayreuth in the area of real estate finance. A year later he joined MEAG. At MEAG, he was responsible for the strategic real estate market analysis and comparative asset class studies. Later he joined Eurohypo AG, the global German mortgage bank, as Head of Research.

    Christian Schulz-Wulkow is Partner and the Real Estate Market Segment Leader for Germany, Switzerland and Austria. He has been working with Ernst & Young Real Estate GmbH (formerly Arthur Andersen Real Estate GmbH) for 20 years.

    He is specialized in:
    • transactions of real estate portfolios or single properties and real estate companies
    • privatizations in the real estate industry
    • organisation and management of structured sales procedures and including financing
    • valuation and analysis of real estate portfolios and individual properties
    • real estate asset based due diligence (buy-side and sell-side)

    Christian has worked for major industrial customers, international investors, the public sector and housing companies.
