    Håvard Bjorå Håvard Bjorå
    IPD | Vice President
    Håvard joined IPD in 2005 and is Vice President & Deputy Head of Nordic. He is responsible for IPD’s services in Norway, Denmark, to Pan-Nordic Investors and shares the development responsibility of IPD’s services across the Nordic region. Håvard holds a BA in Management from BI Norwegian School of Management and an MSc in Operational Research from University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.

    Agneta Jacobsson Agneta Jacobsson
    DTZ Sweden AB | International Director and Managing Director
    Agneta Jacobsson is one of the founders of DTZ in Sweden and MD since 2004. Agneta has over 30 years of broad based property experience, covering acquisitions and valuations of properties and portfolios, gained in the private sector in Sweden and the Nordic region. During the bank crises in Sweden, she was appointed valuer by the Government of Sweden to the ‘Valuation Board’, an independent expert group with the aim to write valuation guidelines and to review property valuations. She is also expert of assessment matters in the Administrative Court of Appeal in Sweden. Agneta Jacobsson (FRICS) has represented Sweden both in TEGoVA and in IVSC and is now chairman of the board for RICS in Sweden. Agneta and DTZ in Sweden was one of the founders of Sweden Green Building Council and she was a board member until the spring of 2012. Under her management, DTZ has been appointed property adviser of the year in 2012 and 2013, as well as best valuation company for nine consecutive years.
    Anneli Jansson Anneli Jansson
    Grosvenor Fund Management Europe | Director, Nordics

    Anneli Jansson, Director, heads the Nordic operations. Along with her colleagues in Paris and Stockholm, she is responsible for defining and implementing asset strategy in the Nordic region and deal origination, execution and due diligence. Prior to joining Grosvenor, Anneli spent 3 years as Tenant Representative at KF Fastigheter (one of Sweden’s largest retail groups and owner of the Coop supermarket chain) and 5 years as a local investment manager for Doughty Hanson, a UK based private equity fund. Anneli has 15 years of real estate experience, focused on high street retail and shopping centres and including property finance and valuation.
    Laurent Jacquemin Laurent Jacquemin
    AXA Real Estate | European Head of Transactions
    Laurent has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. He is currently European Head of Transactions, coordinating and executing AXA Real Estate deals across Europe. Laurent is also Director of real estate funds and management companies in Europe and Asia.

    Prior to that Laurent was Global Head of Corporate Finance; his responsibilities included new product structuring, property finance and coordination of complex transactions. Between 2006 and 2010 he was Head of Corporate Finance UK based in London. Laurent joined AXA Real Estate in 2001 as Corporate Finance Manager in Paris. He started his career at Ernst & Young working both in Paris and Brussels.

    Laurent graduated with a French business school degree.

    Zsolt Kohalmi Zsolt Kohalmi
    Starwood Capital Europe Advisers, LLP | Head of European Acquisitions
    Zsolt is a partner and Head of European Acquisitions with responsibility for growing Starwood's European private equity portfolio across Europe. Starwood Capital Group is a private, U.S. based investment firm with a core focus on global real estate. Starwood Capital Group currently has $26.3 billion of assets under management.

    During his 7 years as CIO at Meyer Bergman, Zsolt was responsible for transaction execution and origination as well as jointly leading the fundraising at the firm. Over the last three years, Meyer Bergman deployed in excess of €1 billion in transaction value.

    Zsolt has more than 18 years’ experience in real estate and corporate finance, having previously worked in senior positions at GE Capital and ABN AMRO. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a MSEC from the University of Budapest.

    Tor Borg Tor Borg
    SBAB Bank | Chief Economist
    Tor Borg has been at SBAB, a government owned bank operating in Sweden, for almost seven years. The last two years as Chief Economist analyzing and forecasting the Swedish economy with a special emphasis on interest rate developments and the housing market. Prior to this he spent several years at an asset manager working on macro strategy and asset allocation. He has also worked in the monetary policy department of the Swedish centralbank. He holds an masters degree in Economics from the University of Lund.
